...and then if you really want to get your teeth into it for some serious
Director/ Flash power buy "Lingo Sorcery (The Magic of Lists, Objects and
Intelligent Agents)" by PETER SMALL, 1996 Wiley Press... and wrapp your head
around the paradigm shift of OOP in director. I have noticed that using
flash cast members is very processor intensive for director, it helps to
alleviate processor activity by residing scripted objects in RAM where
things tend to run faster. I probably have an older copy of the book, (
for back in the days of Director 4/5 ) but the concepts haven't changed
even for Director 8.
