FLASH: Pay for beginning Flash Producer

Hi guys,


I'm admittedly a beginner - just completed the HWG Flash Intro course.  There's 

a job fair that I'd like to attend tomorrow (the timing is not great, but what 

the hay - I'd like to have more experience in Flash design under my belt) and 

have no idea what Flash Producers get in way of salary.  The job fair is high 

tech firms from "Silicon Beach" which is Santa Cruz, just over the hill 

from "Silicon Valley".  The salaries should be fairly comparable.


If I should get so lucky as to find a firm that's interested, can anyone share 

some experience or information on the going rate of pay? I'm currently a Web 

Designer so have more skills than just beginning Flash.
