Subject: RE: FLASH: OT: Breaking through blank page syndrome **SUMMARY**

Let's summarize:

Jump on that GT mountain bike and hit a single track that is so grueling
that you begin to pray and promise that if you make it out alive, you'll
never do this again !! Take the second trail to the right, (the one marked
with a big Red X and a shattered helmet lying next to a rock) and serve up a
huge can of yup-ass on the
border-rock-log-mud-path-lined-with-bike-parts-and-limbs-waiting-to-take-you
r-head-off !!!!!!!!

Give me 4 hours of this and your cured !

This is no lye. You get your ass into something as deep as this where every
moment your wondering if your coming out riding that bike, or coming out via
air-lift. YOU WILL CREATE !!!!!!!!!!!!

You will be soooooo happy to be in one piece, that the juices start flowing
like you've never seen. I've finished many a CD this way when the music all
sounded the same and the vocals were never right.

Remember....and I quote:

"Necessary Risk involves life and death.
Un-Necessary Risk was created to remind us we're still alive."
