1.Still your mind and listen to the silence for as long as you can.

2.Careful.... don't think a thing.

3.Chanting "John Dowdell" in a low Gregorian Chant monotone growl over and
over may help.

I swear to you, if you can listen to silence for 15 seconds, you will burst
with creativity when you come to.

| Ive been lurking here for yonks. I've been designing for
| about 5 years, web, print cd rom etc. But right now I have
| the biggest blank page block. I am completely uninspired.
| I've spent ages at coolhomepages.com trying to get the
| juices flowing, but when i switch back to what im doing i
| just turn out crap. This hasnt happened before. Usually i
| break through the block in an hour or 3, but its been about
| 2 working days and I have nothing i am happy with even
| remotely.
