Well, both hypothetically and in reality, the FLA files belong to the
company. They pay you a check every couple of weeks to develop flash. In
return, you invest your knowledge. But the product is their property. What
do YOU walk away with? A higher understanding of how Flash works. You then
use that knowledge in creating your own FLA files at home or for someone
else.

Hypothetical situation:

I work for a web design firm. Now while working here I am asked to create a
flash website.
So, obviously i do. Who owns the FLA. Me, the company, or both. Could I use
bits of code and/or design elements, for my own further projects ( for my
self not a new company)?

Any have a defenite answer?
