Hi,

.fla ownership is a common Q here on the list, so you may find A in
previous mails.
IMO, if you work for a company as an employee (not as a freelancer), the
source code is theirs. They didn't hired you for a specific outcome, but
bought your time (OK, its I see things a bit B/W, but that's the point).
Also, imagine what would be, if every (leaving) employee could pick up
his/her source, and the next should start from sketch.
But, your source is also *yours*. And you have to use your source for
further projects, the build better and better sites, etc. But not with the
exactly same design / code.
So - both owns the .fla.

That's the case - unless if you have a work contract, that's clearly
defines this question.

(I'm not a lawyer, that's just my IMO. I worked as a coder, and now I run a
little web studio so I may can see both sides).
