use two "rollovers":
- place another (much larger) invisible button below the first one and set
his rollover action to "play backward"
- you can remove RollOut from first one
- place both buttons in movieclip (different layers) and make the second one
invisible (by shifting frames and actions stop, goto etc.) if neccesary
