FLASH: load movie prbblem

hi everyone,


i have a sound file that will be the background music to my website. it is a 

separate .swf and I'm using Load movie to load it. I want to load it in my 

preloader.


How do I load it.....then detect that it has been loaded, so that I know the 

entire site has been loaded?


also, after it is loaded...how do I then play it?......i tried to put a 

label in the sound movie called "music" and then use a Go to "music" action 

but it didn't work?
