for a lot of loops and soundeffects.

It doesn't really matter on what kinda sounds, just try and keep the
lenghths of the sound down.

My other advice would be to not use sounds that are to alarming like
buzzers, instead try to use smoother and less annoying sounds.

www.turtleshell.com uses sounds to build an environment, not just for making
noise.

also www.balthaser.com but these guys are the best in the business whne it
comes to sound for flash.
