this might be a dumb question, but.... is the circle a movie clip, and are
you assigning a Drag action to it?

Man I'm frustrated and not real sure what else I could do to research this
further. Someone please assist.

Simple masking with a .bmp background and I want to have the image blacked
out, and a circle centered on the cursor that shows the background image.
Been done a million times I'm sure. I'm following the book tutorial for the
8 th time from scratch, and even downloaded a .fla from flashkit to follow
along. I can get the image blacked out, and get the circle to show the
image behind - but it refuses to follow the mouse - or move at all

Please help - I'm ready to eat my fingers!!

TIA

Steve
