FLASH: Version 5 Player Bogs Down

I've been using the Flash 5 Beta to view web sites for 2 days-- since then,

I have gotten the following error on several web sites:


"A script in this movie is causing Flash Player to run slowly.  If it

continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.  Do you want to

abort the script?"


Viewing the same pages on the F4 Player has no demonstratable bog on

playback, and I know for the movies I have created, there is nothing overly

complex that would slow things down overall.


My site:  www.onespire.com/flashcore  -- after clicking on the navigation a

few times, the player slides to a standstill and provides this error.


I've also noticed this on the Ghost Dog web site:

I'm using IE5.
