Hello Anil,

         In the actoin (Frame or Button) select, Load Movieclip, there's 

three Radio button , Load Movie Clip, Unload Movie Clip and Load Variable. 

Select Load Variable, and in the url box type in the name of the text file.

Make sure the level is set to 0.

Also, in the textfile, you need at teh very top. The Variable name your 

loading to then an equal sign. e.g.

varname=text would go here
