You are correct. If there is a set number of images then you can pre-load

them into swfs, and then just use load movie in flash to bring them in (you

don't need any middle ware in this case).


However, if you do not know how many images you will be using, have a lot of

them, will be adding images in the future, or just don't want to mess with

putting them into swfs, then Generator becomes very handy and useful (as

well as time-saving).
