Make sure your sound file is in PCM WAV format. This is the only
format supported by Flash. You can do it with the in-house
Sound Recorder in Windows. Open wav file, click Save As,
click Change, set sound selection to PCM. Save. Voila,
you have a wav file compatible with Flash.
