How i would approach this task: digitize dancing people footage from TV 

(Music Videos, Love Parade Footage etc.), export as bitmap sequence, batch 

color correct / resize / adjust levels so the tracing results will be 

better, try to auto-trace the images in flash. if this does not work, 

hand-trace it (it is not as much work as it sounds because you don't have 

to be very exact in drawing the outlines).
