You could make a timer movieclip that after some specified period of
time jumps to that part of the movie, but you'd have to make sure that
an instance of the timer mc appears in every frame of the movie (easiest
way would be to add a layer, put a keyframe in the first frame, and drag
the timer mc into it) along with an action to set the start time (you'll
need a keyframe on every frame for this in order to start counting from
the time the user gets to that frame).
