FLASH: communicate with html

I know this has been covered, but i couldn't find anything in the archives

(or MM's site) that made any sense - maybe i'm dense.


i am placing a navigation bar in one table cell (or frame, if easier) that

will change out pictures in another table cell (or frame) and text in yet

another table (or frame).


i'm assuming i'd need to us fs commands, but haven't a clue how to start.

it's simple if i'm keeping it all in flash but that's not feasible for this

project.


Any help, pointers, tutorials, appreciated.
