This does not work because the movie plays on regardless of whether the

frame is loaded or not. You need to create a loop. If the frame is not

loaded, the movie should play ahead to a frame that returns it to the If

Frame Is Loaded frame again. Once the condition is met, the result should

not be Go to Next Frame, it should be to skip to a frame beyond the loading

loop so that the movie stops checking itself and plays the main animation.
