FLASH: loading movie into target problemm

Hi!

I am loading new .swf movie into target MC . target MC size is 320/240

new loaded movie size is 320/240 ., i tried all possible publish settings

but i am still able to see

offstage elements of my loaded movie..?? Is "match size" setting doesn't

work with loaded movies???

I can mask it of cause., but i am just curious what is wrong?
