Subject: FLASH: newbie time Question
From: Chris Thompson

hi,

is it possible to have a field in a flash movie that counts down from a time
that i would send the movie. the movie i'm trying to create is to be used
within visual basic six and the variable file would be downloaded. this is
my logic

e.g send the movie a list of times eg. 2:30pm, 2:46pm, 1:00pm

the users current time is 11:00am, so have a field like "time till next
event:" then a text box

it would of course have to sort the times first. when the first 0 mark is
reached it would have to count down the next time in the list and so on.

so if this sort of thing is possible and if anyone has any ideas, or
alternative logic, let me know.

thanks
Chris
