Hello Brian,

Try to set up a variable (I'll call it "switch") with a value of false
which turns to true when a rollover is triggered. Then place a conditional
action in your rollovers for telling them to do nothing if "switch" equals
true and to display the popup if it equals false.

Since you haven't said if the popups have to remain on the stage or have to
disappear once they've finished playing I don't know where to put the
action for setting "switch" to false, so you can activate the rollovers
again, but I think you'll can figure it out with no problems.
