Not sure if this will help or not, but a week or so ago I also had a problem
with getting some pages to open using the popup javascript from Mooks.

What seemed to be the problem, was that any get URL that I had previously
created did not work, I had to get rid of them and start again, and they
worked fine.
Don't know why, that's just my experience with it...
