It may be less expensive and more practical to license existing games, or
to hire someone to modify their existing licensable games for you.

It's definitely *possible* to create "20 casino games in Flash", but as
Branden points out the costs may be significant, and unless you've made
half-a-dozen examples already it may be hard to estimate your total
production costs.

Have you explored Gary Rosenzweig's work at CleverMedia yet? They create
and license games in Flash, Shockwave, and the Shockwave Multiuser Server.
The quality and playtesting is significant. Some are even free. May be
worth investigating:

Summary: It may take a long time, but could be quite quick to get the site
done too... depends on how you wish to approach the task.
