Subject: FLASH: New Jazz musician site

Hi Folks,
Just am putting the finishing touches on a flashed site for a very good,
but relatively unknown Jazz musician named Ray Silkman. He plays alto
sax. I fell in love with his music while doing his site:

http://www.raysilkman.com/

The best song is Sound Check but there isn't a demo of that one available
yet. The other songs are sampled with streaming flash which load almost
instantaneously in the sound sampe area:
http://www.raysilkman.com/fsamples.html

I would be honored if you'd take a peek and give him a listen. Wanting
to highlight the music and having a lot of photo graphics, I tried to
keep overall flash swf and processor demands reasonably small by using
less visual tweenings than I would normally do.

The client's shopping cart service would not allow a Flash tie in since
it wouldn't allow two versions [html and flashed], and the client wasn't
ready to have me flash the biographies, letters, and video areas yet.

Still, all in all, it is the most fun I've had using Flash...

With all those limitations... any chance JD on getting a Flashed site of
the day? : -) For a partial flash? The intro to samples are all in flash.

Jeff
