Ok, I'll explain it a bit further.
The idea is to have different loops (drums, bass, guitar... you know)
playing randomly, so now you hear some bass and guitar, now a those two
with a saxo, now... You get the idea.
The problem is that they should sound synchronized. I mean, if a new sound
appears when the others are in the middle of the loop it should start also
in the middle of the loop.
Flash doesn't let you track the progression of a loop, so I thought in this
workaround. All loops have the same length so they loop at once. I wonder
if I could make them start playing at the same time and "hide" those I
don't need (while they'll be still playing).
I've created an MC with a sound on it. In the first keyframe I've put an
"stop" action and set the volume to zero. Then, in frame 2, I've put a
second keyframe and set the volume to 100, but Flash just starts the sound
again in each new keyframe.
Well, I guess I'll have to do it in Director.
