im not sure about this, (maybe someone here can verify this, cause i'd like
to know for sure also) but isnt there something about using no more than 9
layers? i thought i had heard that somewhere, and i have never used more
than 9 in anything, but maybe someone else can comment on this. May want to
try moving everything down one layer, so that layer 9 is the top (navigation)
layer.
