FLASH: swfs and frames

Hi,


I've figured out how to target a frame using the GetURL actionscript.

However, is there a way to just ask another movie to play in the new frame?

What if I did away with frames altogether?  Can I then target the

'independent' movie?


I'm trying to have a 'seamless' animation for one effect from one frame to

another if possible.  Is it possible?


Any help or links is much much appreciated!
