Yup that was the problem. I use CSS on all the pages, and there wasn't a
copy of the .css file in the "heavy" dir.
Now I just have to write a sniffer and have it write the frames page out
according to browser.
Darn NN wants to put a break in the top of the Nav sections no matter if
theres one there or not...
