There is probably a real tutorial somewhere on line for this, but...


Make a symbol of your background. put two instances of that symbol in a

timeline.


position them next to each other so that you see no seem


position the pair so the seem is off stage


when you move one, move both


if the user pans left past some point in the image on the left, shift the image

pair one image worth of pixels to the left


if the user pans right past some point in the image on the right, shift the

image pair one image worth of pixels to the right
