You don't have to "give away the souce". The point about JavaScript is it's
pretty open for anyone to see.
Whether or not you think you're giving away the source--you really are.
Tools like the one I mentioned look like they can open up .swfs. I'm just
saying the work involved is not tied up in the source.
Frankly, despite how much I like (love) Flash... I'd have a hard time
calling any "code" in Flash serious programming. It's mostly workarounds to
limits. Actually you have to be a very clever programmer to use Flash--it's
simplicity makes it more difficult to program. It's not like I'm frustrated
because someone wouldn't give me their code--I just sell it as part my
service and think some people are a tad paranoid to think anyone can simply
take their code and it's like they've lost their soul.
