The trick, aside from having a background that tiles seamlessly, is to have
an extra margin above (or below -- your choice) and to one side, in which
the image starts to repeat. The margins must be as high or wide as the
movie dimension, so that when the image has fully scrolled, the visible
portion is identical to what is seen at the other extreme of the scroll.
Then you would place it in a movie clip so it loops from one extreme to the
other. you will need some action scripting to keep the X or Y the same when
looping, depending whether the scroll is horizontal or vertical.
