Newbie-in-a-bind time again.
I have a sample Flash file from a client, with symbols he created.
One is a numbered bullet, used in the map to mark items mentioned in
accompanying text.
In his file I can edit instances of these to get a sequence of
different numbered instances of the single symbol.
Im my file the same symbol taken from his file won't do that. If I
edit an instance, all other instances of it also change. Huh? Why?
The only thing I did was rescale the original symbol in the library
to make it ready to use (his was too large). Did that transform mess
something up?
Thanks,
Ray
