FLASH: Loop then fade out.............

Hey gang,

I have not worked with looping sounds yet. Of course putting it into the

main time line creates a gap at the end of the loop.

What's the best way to loop a sound seamlessly and can I loop it 16 times

then have it fade out on the end ?
