Well, what I've needed is my own recording studio... which may be a little
more than is really needed. A sound editing program, some sample CDs, a
loop editing program like Sonic Foundry's ReBirth - and then finally some
musical talent and sense. I write my sound loops using a sequencer and
acoustic instruments - I stay away from techno and do more traditional
acoustic loops (piano.. etc.) whatever I need.

The question is, do you want to create your OWN muzak? or use someone else's
music and turn it into a loop?

Subject: FLASH: Creating your own sounds

Hi flashers,

Since I'm fairly new to Flash, I have little info on how developers are
creating their own sounds, particularly background sound loops, to match
the message they want to convey in their presentation. I've explored many
loops available, but they most often don't match "the scene and the
message."

Can anyone suggest what is needed other than Garth Brooks, Led Zeppelin,
and J.S. Bach to create one's own muzak?

Thanks very much for any suggestions.

Frank Cavalier
