No, you should never force this on someone.

best thing to do is have an option before they enter the site.

high quality 5mb (with sound).

low quality 200k ( without sound).

maybe even a medium quality that has compressed sound.

just imagine poor king trying to et your companies mailing address, imagine
what he ahs to go through.
