Subject: FLASH: Flash, IE and Layers
From: Jason Bouwmeester

Hey everyone,

To follow up with my previous <IFRAME> e-mail I have discovered the
following.

2 layers, contentLayer and flashLayer

1) if flashLayer z-index:1 and contentLayer z-index:2 with the movie wmode
set to default, you don't see the content

2) if flashLayer z-index:1 and contentLayer z-index:2 with movie wmode set
to transparent, you see the content but it appears ABOVE the Flash movie

3) if flashLayer z-index:2 and contentLayer z-index:1 with movie wmode set
to transparent, you don't see the content.

Any ideas why??? I know Flash and layers is a weird issue, just wondering
why and how to get around this, although I think this will work for what we
want it to.

Thanks,
jb
