If each dialogue is longer than say 15 to 30 seconds, I would put all
dialogue into a seperate movie. Put each different dialogue on seperate
keyframe and assign the stop action to each keyframe. Make sure you load the
entire sound movie before you make a call to it. Then just call the keyframe
that has the dialogue you need in it.
This should work, I am still new to Flash so I could be wrong, but that is
what I would try!

How is the dialogue portion of an animation short
implemented EX: http://www.sho.com/whirlgirl/
Is all the sound stored in a separate loaded movie
with different labeled frames for each dialogue
sequence and called as needed? Or is it all embedded
in the same movie?
The concept of streaming sound in flash is not to
clear to me. How do you get it to sync with the animation?
