tech notes are exactly the same as they ever were . . .

What *Glitz and Glamour* . . . pretty boring to me.

It's e-commerce, Ken, we all have a right to make as much as possible . . .

I personally don't think this is leaning that way though.

Anyway, go look at the tech notes Ken. They are the same presentation . . .

Ray,

All I can conclude from what you've written is that you do not
seriously rely upon certain parts of MM's site -- for example, the
tech notes -- in order to improve your efficiency and (therefore)
money-making capacity as a Flash Developer.

Many if not most of us have come to rely upon a particular level of
"user friendliness" when going to MM's site for tech info. This new
version of the site is clearly much more geared toward drawing in NEW
(I repeat, NEW) customers, and has *seriously crippled* the
efficiency of its services to its CURRENT customers (e.g. ALL of us
on this list).

Once again for MM, *Glitz and Glamour* win out over *Customer
Loyalty*. This is not the first time that MM has apparently chosen
"saving/puttingonapretty face" over *integrity*. JMO.

Same old money-grubbing game that Adobe seems to be playing (and
winning big-time). MM has apparently decided to Raise on Adobe's
Call. Problem is, MM appears to be Bluffing, after sitting down at
the table so relatively recently! JMO again.

I for one feel that this move by MM really really s*cks, and see this
as just another case of MM being greedy and not giving much of a very
big damn about US.

YMMV.

Best wishes,

Kenny Sherwood
