Export the movie as QuickTime. You can only use Flash 3 content. You cannot
play video in the swf player, however the current QuickTime player will play
a flash 3 content.

An alternative is to export the frames of the movie from QT Pro as numbered
jpgs, import them into Flash, and play them as sequential frames.
