Hi Steve,

In traditional animation this would also have been a loop, in Flash you
would only have to animate one drop of water ( or your graphic - it could
be a lightblue line as well I suppose ). Animate it along a motion path in
the necessary direction with the necessary speed ( or use actionscript if
you can ). Multiply this. That's it.
