FLASH: Light BEAM animation

Hello    I saw a tutorial with a beam that followed a ball and shaded it. NO

matter where the person moved the ball with the mouse it ( the light beam)

beautifully followed the ball. Does anyone know how to do this or where that

tutorial is?
