You can use Load Movie on any SWF, protected or not.
If you intend to import a SWF as art into the Flash authoring environment,
the SWF must not be protected from import. If it is, you won't be able to
import it into Flash to get at the art.
Additionally, there are utility programs out there that can remove the
protect tag from the SWF; this could be either a curse or a blessing,
depending on your perspective.
