I'll post the URL and the file size so you can see the problem...

I tried increasing the fps and the time interval...this helped but I still
have tearing...


I think it is a video problem ...
>From what I understand... the monitor scans from top to bottom...
When the jpeg moves....the last frame of the animation is still in the video
memory

And this causes a tearing effect... ....


...but I'll post it soon ...

Try increasing the fps or increase the time interval that you are using to
move the bitmap. Without a url to look at the problem, this is all I can
recommend. Try posting the url AND THE FILE SIZE so we can get a better
understanding of the problem you are having.
