FLASH: Pulling a variable from a MC...

Please tell me the syntax for pulling a variable from a MC. 

 

I have a MC with the instance name of WEVariable and inside the MC I have a

text field with the variable workexperience. How can I pluck the

workexperience variable to use in the main timeline?
