Just for the record. The colour mismatch i was getting was in IE only. I got
around it by exporting the flash movie with a transparent background. IT
fixed it up just fine.

I ran into this with a file where I was trying to fade the background of the
movie into the HTML page. Looked perfect on my PC. On the Mac there was a
definate line. I used a great little tiny program I found at
http://eyedropper.inetia.com/ to determine what the browser was showing as
the background page color and swf color (actually one of them was using a
two-for-one duo of colors to create what it thought was the color I wanted,
I guess. ha ha ha) Anyway, then you can use your favorite sniffer to
determine which browser and O/S the viewer has and offer a different colored
HTML page depending.... Ugh, but a workable work-around.
