Subject: | FLASH: updating mc's |

If I have a graphic or an audio clip in the library, I can use an
external editor to make changes to it, then right-click/Update on the
library entry to do an immediate update.
But if I have a movieclip in the library that I made with Swish, and
then I go back to Swish to edit it, I have to 1) delete the mc from the
library, 2) create a new mc symbol and name it, 3) import the swf that I
exported from Swish, 4) Edit Movie, and 5) drag an instance of the new
mc onto the stage in the frame(s) I want it (that I had it in before I
revised it). Is that right? Is there an easier way to update instances
of an existing mc with a revised version?
tia,
Helen
