Hmm...
There have been a few magnifying glass effects done -- I think Cheri did one.
This might be enough, but if you wanted to do a real fisheye effect you might
need to try combining the magnifying glass with the distortion effects (like
Yugop's numeric keypad thing), but I imagine that would be frighteningly
complex and possibly too tough on the processor considering what you're using
it for. Just a thought.
