FLASH: Help! Flash crashing Netscape

Help please!


I did a .swf intro for a big client and it keeps crashing in Netscape

4.73/Win NT. It only crashes sporadically, but these are the patterns I've

been able to figure out:


Netscape crashes either 1) before the flash runs (the download begins but

crashes at 0%. 2) after the flash finishes (and tries to redirect via "get

url") or 3) If a user clicks on a full-frame hidden button I added which

also "get url".


The sucker's live and not reliable and the natives are getting restless. I

have no idea what the problem is and need some help figuring it out.
