Not is you are using _blank. that is just standard HTML, and you cannot add
any conditions to it. It certainly has nothing to do with NT.

If you use Flash to open a new window (_blank). Can you specify window
conditions inside of Flash? (no scrollbar, size, etc). I had heard of
using Javascript, but it doesn't work on NT for some reason. Thanks!
