FLASH: Calling a html page in a frame

Hi all...


I am flashing an existing site with a menu bar in the left frame. I've made

a flash movie to replace the menu bar but I can't suss out how to target

the content frame from within flash. Any help would be appreciated as I'm on a

tight deadline on this.
